The Regulations for the 1936 Corps of Cadets were issued by the Academy rather than by a specific person though at the time of issuance the Superintendent was Colonel Emory J. Middour and he would have been the final authority on the approval of the updated Regulations.

This issue of the Regulations expanded on the 1921 regulations again increasing the detail as to the expectations of the Corps of Cadets.
