On October 23, 1915, the first issue of Hill topics was published. The first issue described the newspaper as “a paper containing wide-awake events of a progressive school, and will be written largely by the cadets – a valuable instrument in any school.” This cadet newspaper continued publication into the Spring of 1916. There is no indication or evidence that Hill Topics was published during the 1916-1917 school session.
